Hi,

I'm going from another HTML Editor to yours and I see it works great (v. fast & stable) but there are some very small lacks in the functionalities:
1. In function TableInsertRow I cant specify where the new row will appear Above/Below  - I saw the code and this change is preaty simple.
2. The same with TableInsertColumn - param Left/Right
